Nice card, I own the Sapphire Atomic Edition that running at 1Ghz (Core clock). Great performances for the price.

you cant download a gpu but you can certainly go down to the computer store and buy it! I think you mean download its drivers.. you can do that on the ati website

is like cpus now, they sell CPUS but other companies make the boards. The same companies make ATI board aslo make Nvidia boardas. AMD owns ATI btw

the HD 4890 is better at 24 inch,
but the 275 would win at higher resolution, another reason for the 4890 is that its still much cheaper than the 275
